FAQ

Our program is designed for anyone interested in a career in elderly care, especially those without a medical background. Applicants should have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and the desire to work with the elderly.

The program is divided into two main components:

  • Theoretical Training (1 month): You’ll learn about the aging process, basic healthcare, nutrition for the elderly, and important legal and ethical aspects of working with aged clients.
  • Practical Training (2 months): This includes hands-on experience in elderly care facilities where you can apply your theoretical knowledge, learning how to manage everyday care tasks, emergency response, and interpersonal communication with the elderly and their families.

The first month focuses on classroom-based learning, where you’ll attend lectures, participate in discussions, and complete assessments. The following two months are dedicated to practical training, involving on-site experience in various elderly care settings under professional supervision.

No medical background is required. However, applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and must be proficient in English. We also look for individuals who demonstrate empathy, patience, and a commitment to ethical practices.

Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate of completion which validates your training in both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in age care.
